The German content creator Julien Bam has produced short films on his YouTube channel. Now, he is focusing on his pool, which he has been trying to renovate for over 6 years.
Which project has Julien Bam completed? Julien Bam is one of the biggest names in the German YouTube scene. On his eponymous YouTube channel, he has gathered over 6 million subscribers and has produced very elaborate short films over the years.
In 2019, the YouTuber announced his last “main videos.” He wanted to produce only a certain number of elaborate short films and then dedicate himself to other projects. However, in the following years, it became clear that the YouTuber was not really able to say goodbye, as he repeatedly announced the release of more videos while also releasing more short films than planned.
In March 2025, however, it really happened: Julien Bam uploaded the finale of his short films and made peace with his favorite enemy. Now, the YouTuber has enough time to quietly renovate his pool the way he wants it, a process he has been attempting for 6 years.

What is going on with his pool? Eight years ago, Julien Bam bought his own house to have a space for his team. It serves as a kind of office for video production. Julien Bam and his team added a pool to the garden, the creation of which the YouTuber has been documenting for over 6 years on his second channel, Bulien Jam.
In the first 2 years, the construction of the pool itself was primarily documented. In the 3rd and 4th years, several renovations to the garden were made. Once the pool was finished, Julien Bam filmed challenges that frequently involved the pool. In his latest YouTube video, the YouTuber states: “I only associate beautiful moments with the pool here” (Source: YouTube).
Afterwards, many renovations to the garden and terrace were made. However, in the years that followed, the production of the main videos was so demanding that there was no time left for renovations and the filming of other content.
In 2024, Julien Bam “saved” his pool from neglect, and this year he intends to give the pool a kind of finale by preparing it one last time.
