You can now create and log in to an account on Mein-MMO.de. The account allows you to rate games and create a personal homepage with your games.
These are the benefits of registering that have come with the relaunch of Mein-MMO.de:
- User Account System with Follow Function: You can now log in here on Mein-MMO.de and customize the site according to your personal preferences by following your favorite games. Many of you have requested that you only want to see certain games or exclude certain games. This will be possible. We will also expand this feature further.
- User Reviews: You can now write reviews for games, which will then appear on the game page and selected on the homepage – because we believe that you are the experts on many games.
- Ratings: You can now give ratings of 1-10 for games.
This is the first step towards a community platform.
Important: We recommend everyone to clear their browser cache to ensure a faultless display of the new page from Mein-MMO.de. Since the relaunch, there have been several changes that may not be correctly displayed due to the cache.
Instructions for Registration
Step 1: You can reach the registration or login via the icon in the top right corner of the page. Alternatively, you can register directly on Mein-MMO.de through this page.
Step 2: After that, the form will open, which will take you to the registration page when you click on Register below.
Step 3: The rest is self-explanatory. You will be directed to a page where you set your username and password.
Congratulations, you have now created an account on Mein-MMO.de. Now you only need to activate it via the email sent to you.
And writing comments through Disqus? This will be enabled soon.
Follow Games
If you follow certain games, you can view the latest news about the games on your personalized page.
How do I do that? You can follow games by clicking on the red button located in the top right corner of the game pages.
You can access the “Followed Content” page directly through the user icon in the top right corner. Or you can navigate directly to it through the following link and set your own game page as a bookmark.
The result will look like this:
We are currently considering allowing you to follow topics like “MMORPG”, “PS4”, or “Shooter” in the future if this feature is actively used.
Rate Games
You can now write your own reviews. The boxes with the corresponding button “Write Your Own Review” can be found for every game and article on the right in the sidebar or below on mobile. Alternatively, you can give a rating using the stars, on a scale of 0 to 10.
After you have submitted your review, we will approve it after a short review.
The ratings will be displayed on the homepage under the “Comments” tab as well as under the “Reviews” tab on the respective game pages. Some of your reviews will also be displayed directly on the homepage.
