In the universe of DC, there are many powerful heroes and villains. One thinks of Superman or Wonder Woman. A member of the Justice League who hardly gets the spotlight is actually a silly guy like Deadpool, but his superpower is incredibly powerful.
Which hero is it about? Before his time as a superhero, Patrick O’Brian was a simple criminal who broke into a chemical factory with his gang. In a fight against the police, he was exposed to a chemical that made his skin elastic.
Since his new form caused disgust in other people, he saw no other way but to try to kill himself. However, he was saved by Woozy Winks, and together they thought that Patrick should become a hero. This is how Plastic Man was created.
Although he constantly makes jokes and is not a particularly serious person, he is regularly a friend of Batman and a member of the Justice League. Although his ability may seem quite simple at first glance, he is one of the most powerful heroes in the DC universe.

What are Plastic Man’s abilities? At first glance, Plastic Man looks like a rubber man, similar to Luffy from One Piece or Mr. Fantastic from Marvel, but there is more behind it, as Plastic Man can manipulate his entire molecular structure:
- He can stretch and extend his limbs infinitely
- He can manipulate his size, whether he becomes smaller than an action figure or larger than a skyscraper
- He can manipulate his muscles, and thus his strength
- He is probably immortal, as he does not age
- He is almost invulnerable, and even chemicals or blows can hardly harm him
- Additionally, he can regenerate
Although he does have weaknesses, such as being frozen or smashed, or melting from heat, he can regenerate from those. This ability alone ensures that he is almost indomitable.
Plastic Man is also capable of hiding inside people and attacking their organs from there. Even important members like Wonder Woman acknowledge how powerful Plastic Man can be. In Injustice Gods Among Us: Year Four Annual No. 1, Wonder Woman says of Plastic Man: He is more capable and dangerous than you can imagine

Even though Plastic Man always appears silly, he is a powerful member of the Justice League, who is often more useful in many situations than the well-known names.
