A nasty bug in the new shooter Valorant currently blocks your access to some rewards, such as new heroes or weapon skins. Developer Riot Games promises improvements.
This issue is currently happening: There are several complaints on Reddit about not receiving rewards even though the corresponding mission has been completed. This affects the Battle Pass of Episode 1, but also the tasks to unlock the Valorant agents.
Developer Riot Games has already responded to the issue and announced a suitable fix.
Not receiving rewards? The fix is coming

In the comments of the video, there is much agreement. Other players are also affected when they unlock the Battle Pass. The clip has already received over 1,300 upvotes (June 3, 10 AM).
What does Riot Games say about it? The developers of Valorant are aware of the bug and have already prepared a fix. They say:
We are currently developing and testing a fix to restore properly functioning rewards for those affected. Once the fix is confirmed, we will proceed to retroactively distribute content to all who have encountered these issues (issues that mean that content cannot be earned as expected).

What does this mean for the players? You will have to wait a little longer until the bug is fixed. However, Riot is already on it, and the bug seems to be resolved soon.
You will then also be able to retroactively claim the rewards that you have not received due to the bug. So you won’t lose anything, but you will currently have to make do without these rewards.
