The failure of an MMO can have various reasons. Sometimes there are problems with publishers and funding, sometimes the development team falls apart, sometimes there simply aren’t enough players. In this podcast, Leya, Alex, and Schuhmann discuss them for each individual game.

- Defiance 2050 – an open-world MMO that was also a science fiction shooter. It was actually revolutionary for its time
- Battleborn – a colorful MOBA shooter

- Harry Potter: Wizards Unite – an AR game for smartphones, which is the spiritual successor to the extremely successful Pokémon GO
- Crowfall – a hardcore PvP MMORPG set in a crumbling world
- Heroes of Newerth – a MOBA that originally competed with League of Legends
- Elyon – a PvP MMORPG from Asia that resembles TERA
- Riders Republic – a sports MMO from Ubisoft
