In Destiny 2, a PvE professional introduces builds for all classes, stating, “Bungie doesn’t want you to see these builds.” They charge your Supers incredibly fast and are really easy to play solo. Here you will find all the necessary mods, weapons, and explanations.
The PvE expert Ehroar from the Redeem Clan has compiled powerful builds for Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans, with which you can basically chain Supers together solo. Much to the chagrin of your opponents and according to the expert, also for Destiny developers Bungie. He says, “Bungie doesn’t want you to see these builds” – is Ehroar exaggerating or are the combinations of Exotics, mods, and classes really that strong?
Why does “Bungie hate” the Super builds? The goal of the presented builds is to spam the most powerful ability, the Super, every few seconds. In the past, Bungie has almost always nerfed all items or mechanics that immediately gave you back your Super after using it. Veterans think of:
- The bridge from the Reckoning mode, where Warlocks constantly placed wells and threw Nova Bombs like regular grenades.
- Hunters might remember their Galanor shards and endless hail of burning throwing knives or the unnerfed Orpheus Rigs?
- Titans were invincible tanks for a time, as they could block all damage with their Sentinel Super and Ursa Furiosa and re-trigger the Super immediately after it expired.
For those who want to feel an abundance of Supers again, the following builds are perfect. The 3 builds look complex at first glance because they require many mods from Elemental Sources or “Charged with Light“. However, they actually play really simply and are incredibly strong.
MeinMMO details which components you need for each class and how to play the combo.
Hunters unleash relentless Ice Storms
This is what Hunters need: Select the Revenant focus as your class. You should configure the Stasis class as follows:
- Glacier Grenade
- “Whisper of Shards” Stasis Fragment
- “Winter’s Shroud” Stasis Aspect
- “Grim Harvest” Stasis Aspect
- “Whisper of Fractures” Stasis Fragment
- “Whisper of Chains” Stasis Fragment

As Exotics, equip the Bad Karma pulse rifle and the chest armor Sixth Coyote. A sword or rocket launcher would be suitable as a power weapon. The Exotics are ideal for supporting the playstyle, but the mods in all your 5 armor pieces are even more important.
Definitely pack these mods:
- “Energizing Rifts”: this is the important mod that costs 4 Void Energy and makes your grenade so useful for Super generation. If you don’t have it, you can randomly get it from Banshee-44 in the Tower.
- “Ice’s Legacy”: The mod from the seasonal artifact costs 6 energy and belongs in the Hunter cloak.
- “Elemental Light”: The mod costs only 1 energy, can go in any armor piece and is part of the new Elemental Sources.
- “Elemental Charge”: Also a mod from the Elemental Sources category, but costs 2 energy.
- “Stacked”: You need an armor piece with the Void element and 4 energy for this.
- “Overload”: This mod costs 5 energy and fits only in Solar armors.
- Additionally, you should also equip “Dynamo” (4 Void energy) as a mod in your helmet.
Don’t forget that you can also change the element of your armor pieces.
This is how you play the Revenant build in Destiny 2
Activate your Super. The first enemy that dies from the Ice Storm drops an Elemental Source. Pick up this blue orb, throw a grenade, and instantly regain 25% Super energy. Then dodge near enemies – this allows your exotic armor to trigger double – and shatter the glacier wall.
Your Super rages all the while on its own and instantly gives you back 50% Super energy. The other mods and skills ensure that your grenade is recharged and the next dodge is ready. For coolness, you also always have your Ice Shurikens at hand.
You can have your Super back in less than half a minute. You can repeat the whole thing endlessly, and theoretically run the combo for as long as enemies stream towards you. With this nasty Stasis build, you need no support or help from Guardians.
If the Super isn’t instantly full, shoot 2 to 3 adds with Bad Karma. With the weapon, you conveniently charge your Super quickly even before the first use.
On the next page, you will find a Warlock build that keeps enemies constantly electrified and Titans beat their way through the battlefield with endless energy.
