An Australian team has set another kill record in the Battle Royale of CoD: Warzone. 100 players were completely taken down by the squad.
What happened? The Australian squad team, consisting of players Nimble, Lymax, Zepaㇱ, and micka, set a world record in CoD Warzone on April 10. The four players eliminated 100 players in a single round of the Battle Royale and secured the victory.
Impressive, as only 150 players compete against each other in the Battle Royale, who thanks to a cool respawn feature can also get a second chance.
Who is behind it? Behind the Australian squad are smaller streamers, who, however, are among the best players in Warzone. They have already made headlines with their kill records. They achieved 76 kills in a trio for the first time in March and 85 kills at the beginning of April. They play on the PlayStation 4.
The kills were distributed among the team as follows:
- The kill leader was Lymax with 32 kills and 8,622 damage points
- Zepaㇱ took second place with 29 kills and 9,776 damage points
- Nimble is new to the team and achieved 25 kills, dealing 8,763 damage
- micka only managed to get 14 kills with 8,873 damage points in this round
World record likely surpassed – Community demands proof
Another team claims to have achieved 113 kills and offers a screenshot as proof, but the community demands more.
Without video proof, the community does not believe that this team collected 113 kills. Under the Twitter post, comments like “Definitely fake”, “I don’t believe it without video evidence”, or “It’s easy if you use hacks” appear.
The Australian team, on the other hand, delivers and shows in an impressive video the approximately 20-minute round with the 100 kills.
100 kills in a single round are truly remarkable. The guys will surely continue to try to break their world record.
