In Harry Potter: Wizards Unite you can create a wand from thousands of materials. But which wand is good and can you also recreate wands from famous wizards?
Here you can create your wands: You can create your own wand in the Ministry ID. To do this, click on the icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
There you can then select from a ton of variations under “Wand Measurement” and create a new wand as many times as you like. You can choose from 4 categories:
- Wood Type
- Core
- Flexibility
- Length
What do the wands do? No player has found a real purpose in the wands so far. So you probably won’t be better off just because you have a cool wand.
It’s mainly a cosmetic thing and you can even recreate wands from famous wizards. We’ll give you a selection.
Recreate wands from famous wizards – Here’s how
Here’s how you can recreate them: Much is known about the wands of famous wizards. We don’t know some properties, but you can almost completely recreate the wands of wizards like Harry Potter, Lord Voldemort, or Ron Weasley.
We provide you with a list of famous wizards and show how their wands are constructed:
- Albus Dumbledore: Elder, Thestral Black Hair (not available in the game), unknown flexibility, length 15 (not available in the game)
- Bellatrix Lestrange: Walnut, Dragon Heartstring, unyielding, length 12¾
- Cedric Diggory: Ash, Unicorn Hair, unknown flexibility, length 12¼
- Dolores Umbridge: Birch, Dragon Heartstring, unknown flexibility, length 8 (not available in the game)
- Draco Malfoy: Hawthorn, Unicorn Hair, quite springy, length 10
- Harry Potter: Holly, Phoenix Feather, slightly springy, length 11
- Hermione Granger: Vine, Dragon Heartstring, unknown flexibility, length 10¾.
- James Potter: Mahogany (not available in the game), unknown core, somewhat pliable, length 11.
