An American YouTuber sold a share of his YouTube channel some time ago, and it was to one of the richest influencers. As the channel generates more money, he regrets it. Fortunately, he was able to save himself with a clause from the contract.

Why did Caleb Hammer sell a share of his channel? At the time of selling the shares, the YouTuber was not doing as well as he is today. The channel was generating $10,000 a month, and Caleb Hammer was not yet a full-time YouTuber. He said: “I was anxious and nervous” (via YouTube).
He decided to give a 10% share of his channel to one of the richest influencers in the world: Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson. He invested $25,000 in the channel and received 10 percent of the channel’s earnings every month.
However, over time, Caleb Hammer’s channel became more successful, and he earned more money, from which he also had to give away more money. He regretted his sale more and more.
How did Caleb Hammer get out of the contract? For such a case, however, he had secured himself with a clause: If the channel earns a certain amount in the first year, Caleb Hammer is allowed to buy back the channel.
Caleb Hammer made use of the clause and since then has been able to keep all the income from his channel.
