The popular YouTuber HandOfBlood has made a request for donations to his community to help a damaged animal shelter in Berlin.

Why is Hänno collecting donations? HandOfBlood has requested donations for an animal shelter in Berlin on Instagram and Twitter. According to Hänno, the said shelter was broken into. The intruders supposedly caused chaos in the premises and damaged the facility.
On Twitter, Hänno shares pictures showing the damage done to the shelter. Among other things, holes in doors can be seen, including the glass front door, as well as an overturned shelf with a large hole in the back wall.

Animal shelter thanks for donations
How much money has already been raised through the donation appeal? When Hänno reaches out to his followers on Twitter on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, he has already collected €8,000 for the shelter through a previous post on Instagram.
Since the Twitter post, an additional €4,000 has been added. In total, HandOfBlood’s community has already donated over €12,400 on the donation platform betterplace.org (as of December 7, 2022, 11:00 AM).
In the post on Twitter, HandOfBlood also mentions that the shelter has already expressed their gratitude. Hänno himself extends a “Thank you” to his community.
At the same time, Hänno emphasizes that many supporters have donated small amounts of €5 to €10, which “makes a huge difference” in total, as according to him, “every euro helps”.
Not only HandOfBlood and his community are engaged in charity in December 2022. Gronkh, PietSmiet, and several other Twitch streamers also raised donations with Friendly Fire 8.
