MrBeast is one of the biggest YouTubers and Twitch streamers in the world. With Feastables, he launched a website where he sells chocolate. In a 10-minute giveaway of the Feastables chocolate, numerous fans secured the free treat from the YouTuber, who was then surprised by how much money the action cost him.
Why is he giving away chocolate? On April 15, 2022, MrBeast announced via Twitter that he wanted to give away Feastables chocolate for free using a promo code and cover the shipping costs.
As a reason for the action, the YouTuber stated that he wants to give people who cannot afford the chocolate the chance to get it.
Every customer of the Feastables website who entered the code “Free” during a 10-minute window received free chocolate. Furthermore, the YouTuber covered the shipping costs.
I lose a few dollars on the order, but I want to give some of you who couldn’t afford our chocolate the chance to get some.

How much did it cost him? Almost two weeks after MrBeast gave away chocolate for free for 10 minutes, the YouTuber spoke out again in this context. In a Twitter post, he informed his followers about how expensive the action was for him.
MrBeast explained that the 10 minutes lasted longer than he thought. After assessing the damage incurred, the endeavor cost the YouTuber chocolate worth approximately 1.2 million euros.

YouTubers and other influencers often spend large sums on one-off actions that then create a big stir.
A prime example of exorbitant spending is the controversial YouTuber Logan Paul, who is now aiming for a career as a wrestling star.
Paul drew particular attention when he wore a Pokémon card worth 5.4 million euros as a necklace during his debut at the wrestling event “WrestleMania”.
