The YouTuber Corpse Husband has achieved his major breakthrough within a few months. Now he expresses his heartfelt thanks to his fans. They apparently saved him and kept his mother from homelessness.
Who is he? Corpse Husband has been active on YouTube for five years, but only achieved his major breakthrough in the last few months.
MeinMMO already reported about his success and that he couldn’t really celebrate it. In December 2020, he contemplated ending his YouTube career. Corpse Husband suffers from a severe chronic illness.
He can only play games that require relatively few movements. At least, privately, many things have changed for the better. Thanks to his fans, as he now emphasizes.
“A month later, I would have been done”
This is what the YouTuber says: In a stream, Corpse Husband thanked his fans, starting with the words “I want to tell you a little story.”
He then talks about the situation he was in before his streaming career took off: “I would be absolutely at the end right now if I hadn’t come up at the time I did and if you guys hadn’t helped me as much as you have.”
He then addresses his financial situation, which was apparently extremely critical at that time: “I would be completely broke right now, with [all the] medical bills. I’m now paying my mother’s rent, she is physically impaired and can’t work.”
“I would be in medical debt and would constantly be unable to attend my appointments. My mother would be homeless. You guys really came at the right time.”
How close things were for him is revealed again: “It’s crazy for me. A month later, I would have been done. So much crap. The timing couldn’t have been better. So, thank you guys, for everything.”

This is how the breakthrough happened: Corpse Husband stands out with his particularly deep voice and sympathetic demeanor – even though he never shows his face. The first videos published by the now 23-year-old Corpse Husband at 17 occasionally dealt with horror stories sent to him by viewers.
His breakthrough came with the release of the board game Among Us, which he played with major streamers like Valkyrae or PewDiePie. By now, the YouTuber has over 7 million followers.
