More and more details about Borderlands 3 have been released in recent days, and fans are eager for every little piece of information they can get.
During a Q&A session, the Creative Director Paul Sage was asked whether the Vault Hunters would fight alongside Tiny Tina in Borderlands 3. The short and concise answer: Yes. Tiny Tina will be actively assisting the Vault Hunters.
Who is Tiny Tina? Tiny Tina first appears in Borderlands 2 and is one of the supporting characters that has likely stayed in the memory of most players. For her 13 years, she is quite tough and does not shy away from blowing up trains or executing someone on an electric chair who delivered her parents to Hyperion (and thus Handsome Jack).
Where did Tiny Tina appear in Borderlands? Tiny Tina was indeed so popular that she appeared again in later DLCs of Borderlands 2.
The DLC “Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep” even features her as a central character. She is the “Dungeon Master” and guides the players through the DLC like in a pen-and-paper role-playing game. It becomes clear that this whole thing is actually just a coping strategy for the 13-year-old to process the death of loved ones.
Despite Tiny Tina being chaotic, brutal, and funny, she also has dark, emotional, and serious sides. A mix that makes her one of the most popular characters.
That Tiny Tina apparently plays such a large role in Borderlands 3, that she directly intervenes in the events, makes most fans happy.
Are you looking forward to Borderlands 3 and a reunion with Tiny Tina? Or did you just find her too crazy?
