Sometimes Fortnite players end up in the same match as famous streamers. One such player, who was matched with Twitch star Pokimane, was so excited that he had trouble breathing.
What happened? The well-known Twitch streamer Imane “Pokimane” Anys often streams her duo matches with random players in Fortnite, resulting in funny or bizarre encounters.
In one of her recent streams, she was, as often, matched with a young Fortnite player. When he realized he was playing in a duo with a Twitch star, the boy suddenly began to breathe heavily from the excitement.
What the…! What the…! I don’t have a weapon. Is that really you? I’m in a match with Pokimane and she is reviving me right now! […] I’ve never been in a match with a YouTuber.
He couldn’t believe he was matched with Pokimane and totally freaked out. You can hear it very clearly in the video that the streamer posted on her Twitter:

How did Pokimane react? The behavior of the boy gave the streamer quite a fright. She repeatedly asked if he was okay:
Buddy, should I call an ambulance? Are you okay? Oh God, I don’t think he’s just playing! Hello? Do you have asthma? […]
It is unclear whether the boy actually has asthma problems and is hyperventilating because of that, but he calmed down after some time more or less.
After that, Pokimane suggested that they play a few more rounds together, which they did. Aside from the initial scare, the streamer found the behavior of the 12-year-old boy quite adorable.

Even though they couldn’t achieve any wins together, the boy was always polite to her, unlike another fan of hers who harassed her during the stream.
