As is now known, Amazon Game Studios are taking over the distribution of the MMORPG in Europe and the USA. The release is supposed to take place in 2021 (via gameca.com), but there is still no exact date. It is also unclear whether the ongoing corona crisis will disrupt these plans. However, a launch is now expected here.
It probably won’t be long before we in Germany can finally explore the vast world of Lost Ark, which aims to impress with Steampunk elements. This is what MeinMMO readers say about Lost Ark: Interest in Lost Ark is still very high, even though the game has been officially running in Korea since 2018.
What more can you say? The game is amazing. They really know how to do it. It’s just a matter of time before it finally comes to us.

However, players are wondering how long the MMORPG can keep them motivated and whether the hype really does the game justice.
I expect the same thing will happen with Lost Ark as it did with Blade & Soul; there was a huge hype when it was shown, and then it took years before it came to us. And at that point, everyone had either tested it on the Asia server or lost interest. Because it’s now gotten easier to play Lost Ark in Russia, I checked it out about 4 to 5 months ago. I was initially very enthusiastic. That lasted for 2 weeks, and then that was it.
