You can now experience the action of Stellar Blade on PC – and test if you like the game before you have to buy it.
On the PlayStation 5, Stellar Blade was quite an unexpected success that hardly anyone had on their radar until the game took off. Now, everyone who has a PC can finally enjoy the game, as the release is just around the corner.
Stellar Blade has already released its playable demo on Steam, allowing all interested parties to download and try out the game. This is a good opportunity to get a taste of the game and see if your computer meets the requirements of Stellar Blade and whether you can enjoy the action gameplay.
What kind of game is Stellar Blade? Stellar Blade is described as an action-adventure and falls into the “Souls-like” category, even though the difficulty level of the game is significantly milder than that of the FromSoftware models. Nevertheless, you need to approach fights tactically, dodge skillfully, and unleash your own combos while sending the monstrous Naytiba, which have ravaged the Earth, back to the beyond.
You play as EVE, a quite pretty robot lady, who initially attracted attention mainly due to her rather flawless appearance – to the extent that she resists being scrutinized too closely by players.
What can you play in the demo? The demo contains about the first one to two hours of gameplay. This includes the intro and the first, larger playable area up to the first boss fight, which gives a fairly good feeling of what to expect in Stellar Blade.

Will your save file be preserved? Yes. If you complete the demo, you can transfer your save file to the release of the game on June 12 if you decide to purchase it.
Although Stellar Blade has also caused some controversies, we at MeinMMO were also convinced by the game and had a lot of fun with it. However, one must be able to accept that Stellar Blade is especially visually impressive and fun to play – don’t expect a particularly complex story and be prepared to overlook one or two minor logic flaws in the plot. But EVEs various outfits will likely distract from that, as one or the other might not pay attention to anything else.
