Become a Wobble Worm in Monster Hunter World! Right now, there is an event quest where you can craft this super funny helmet. The quest is available on PS4 and Xbox One. We will reveal how you can get the helmet and what materials you need.
In the Coral Highlands, you may have noticed these little creatures popping up from the ground like small snakes. When they stick their heads out, they wiggle back and forth and almost look like they are dancing in the wind.
Let it wobble! – The event quest comes with a special head
You can now take on the event quest “Let it wobble!” in Monster Hunter World. It comes with a super quirky reward. By successfully completing the quest, you can craft a gigantic helmet that looks exactly like a wobble worm from the Coral Highlands.
To participate in the quest, you must be at least Hunter Rank 11 – Here we show you how to level up your Hunter Rank. The quest itself is not a big challenge.
The event quest “Let it wobble!” is available to you until March 8.
Equip a Ghillie Mantle and roam through Area 1
The quest is a delivery quest. You need to catch a total of 10 wobble worms to complete the assignment successfully. Since the worms are extremely shy, it’s best to bring the Ghillie Mantle, which makes you invisible for a while.
To get my 10 wobble worms, I just walked back and forth in Area 1 in the Coral Highlands a few times. A lot of these little creatures appear here. As soon as you approach a group of wobble worms, take out your net.
You can catch the worms as soon as the target rectangle lights up orange. Once you catch a worm, the others immediately hide back in the ground. But that’s not a problem. If you just step away for a moment, they will slowly reappear from the ground and continue to wiggle happily.
By the way, the Ghillie Mantle is not strictly necessary. If you sneak up to the worms carefully and crouched, they will stay out as well.
Go to the smithy with the Wobble Worm Ticket
As a reward, you will receive a Wobble Worm Ticket from the “Let it wobble!” quest. With it, you can now go to the smithy and unlock your Wobble Worm helmet. In the tweet below from the “Monster Hunter” Twitter, you can see the head animated.
