The Pokémon GO Festival in Japan has started and it also brings changed spawns and new quests worldwide. Here’s an overview
How long does the event last? It lasts just as long as the GO Fest itself. So we can expect it to end on the night from Sunday to Monday, at the latest on August 12.

This shiny is new: For the first time, you can now catch shiny Poliwag. According to initial reports, the shiny rate seems to be somewhat increased, although some data is still missing.
