A new trailer for Borderlands 3 spreads good cheer, roses, and of course plenty of corpses and loot. Just typical madness.
Slowly but surely, the loot shooter Borderlands 3 is coming within reach. Gearbox and 2K are of course ensuring that the hype continues to grow, releasing new trailers that are meant to introduce the game. The latest trailer is more of a music video and a fun parody than something to be taken seriously.
What can be seen in the trailer? In the latest trailer, the four vault hunters of Borderlands 3 are seen getting into a dance. To the perfectly mismatched music of “So happy together,” the vault hunters are dancing arm in arm while blasting away all sorts of psychos and other enemies.
Gradually, the video turns into a psychedelic drug trip, where in the end, golden weapons and plenty of loot rain down.

Presumably, things won’t be as flowery in Borderlands 3, and the vault hunters probably won’t be hopping through the game world in a dancing manner. However, the madness of the Borderlands series has definitely been captured well in the trailer.
The trailer was a consolation prize: The trailer was the surprise of the small event organized by the developers. Fans were a bit disappointed, as they had hoped for the announcement of cross-play for Borderlands 3.
However, this had already been denied in advance and pushed to a possible time after the launch. But the trailer ended up being a new consolation prize.
