As subscribers of the Xbox service “Games with Gold”, you receive a selection of free games every month that you can download. The rotation includes games from various genres: from single-player classics to multiplayer shooters, there is plenty of choice.
The official announcement for Games with Gold in August has not yet been released. A leak now claims to already know which four games will be included in the free offer.
Free games in August 2017? – Leak for Xbox One and Xbox 360
Free games for the Xbox service “Games with Gold” or the PlayStation service “PS Plus” are often leaked before the official announcement. This time, the flyer with the four games for Xbox comes from a Spanish website.
According to the leak, the following Xbox One games will be free for Games with Gold subscribers in August:
- Assassin’s Creed: Chronicles – India – From August 1 to August 31: A part of the AC Chronicles series. Here you play as “Arbaaz Mir” in 1841 in the Sikh Empire.
- Firewatch – From August 16 to September 15: Firewatch is an adventure with an exciting story. Your choices affect the narrative.
