The gaming company Electronic Arts and Xbox maker Microsoft have announced a partnership. The services EA Access and Origin Access will be integrated into EA Play in the Xbox Game Pass. This means: Some of EA’s best games for anyone with an Xbox or a PC who subscribes.
This is the announcement: Microsoft has announced that EA Play will be integrated into the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for Xbox Game Pass for PC . This means that in addition to the already over 100 games from Microsoft, over 60 more from EA will be added. Among them are titles such as:
- FIFA 20
- Titanfall 2, which has just had a second spring thanks to its Steam release
- Need for Speed Heat
- Battlefield
- Mass Effect
- The Sims

When does EA Play come to the Game Pass? There is no specific date yet. However, it has been said that the EA Play membership will be integrated into the Game Pass by the end of 2020, according to the press release, just in time for the Christmas business.
Why is this such an amazing offer? Currently, the two offers are separate, and anyone who wants to benefit from them has to pay for both. However, that will change with the partnership.
The Game Pass has already been a pretty good offer, and there are several reasons why so many say it is worth it. Anyone who is already using the Game Pass on their Xbox or PC has free access to huge blockbusters from EA. Even the new Star Wars: Squadrons has been announced as part of EA Play. EA Play alone already costs €3.99 per month, and the Pro version costs €14.99.
For players who enjoy having a lot of choices but do not want to acquire a massive game library, this subscription service is ideal. With new additions like The Sims and FIFA, the offer is even worthwhile for families who enjoy gaming with their children.
