Where can you find the Pecok Flower? The place where you will find most Pecok Flowers is the Taoyuan commune. You can farm a total of 19 Pecok Flowers here. Additionally, you will find a few specimens southeast of the small settlement.
This way, you can teleport to the resonance beacon below and collect two more flowers. Head to the Tiderise Cliffs and glide eastward: on a cliff, you will find three more Pecok Flowers.
Finally, go to the resonance beacon below and collect a total of five Pecok Flowers found around the fast travel point.

To do this, go to the Shifang pharmacy in Jinzhou (you can recognize it by the medicine symbol). Here you can buy 15 Pecok Flowers for 3000 Shell Credits each. After a certain time, the stock will be replenished and you can acquire more specimens.

What do you need the Pecok Flower for? You need the Pecok Flower for the ascension of certain resonators.
Currently, there are three characters in the game for which you need these flowers: Jiyan, Rover, and Encore. To fully ascend one of the characters, you need a total of 60 Pecok Flowers.
