The latest expansion of World of Warcraft and the new class can be played for free – at least for a while.
No matter how you look at it, the latest expansion of World of Warcraft, Dragonflight, is being praised from all sides. However, many are still unsure whether they should really trust Blizzard – the last expansion, Shadowlands, was too disappointing.
For such skeptics and undecided players who have not yet been able to commit to buying Dragonflight, Blizzard now has a special offer: You can try Dragonflight for free.
What’s included in the “trial version”? Those who participate in the trial version of Dragonflight can create a character of the new class “Evoker.” So you can directly play a Dracthyr and experience the introductory questline of the class.
After that, you can take the boat to the Dragon Isles from Stormwind or Orgrimmar and also play the “Waking Shore,” meaning the first area. Your journey goes up to level 63. During this time, you can already check out a lot of content:
- The new class “Evoker” of the Dracthyr
- The first chapter of the Dragonflight campaign
- The new professions system with the specializations
- Two of the new dungeons: Ruby Life Pools and Nokhud Offensive
- All quests in the Waking Shore
What are the requirements? To be able to play the “trial version” of Dragonflight, only two requirements must be met:
- You must have an active subscription for World of Warcraft.
- Your account must not own “Dragonflight” yet.
Until when is the offer valid? The “trial version” of Dragonflight can be played until January 2, 2023. Anyone who wants to continue their adventures on the Dragon Isles afterwards or wants to continue playing the Evoker must ultimately decide to purchase Dragonflight.
If you have a little downtime “between the holidays” and are still unsure whether Dragonflight is right for you, this offer at least allows you to safely check it out and see if the “current hype” can convince you.
Will you take advantage of the offer or at least point your still undecided friends towards it?
