You can quickly farm reputation with the Goblin Cartels in World of Warcraft. There is a trick that grants a lot of reputation every time.
Patch 11.1 Lorenhalt has been live for a few weeks now, but with the many quests from the WoW update, most players will probably be occupied for weeks. Especially the reputation grind with the 4 Goblin Cartels can prove tedious, as you rely on weekly quests and world quests.
But there is a way to significantly increase your reputation gain per week – and a variety of alternative characters can help.
We will tell you how to gain additional reputation using C.H.E.T.T. lists.
Where can you find C.H.E.T.T.? You can find C.H.E.T.T. on the upper floor of the central hotel in Lorenhalt. Just go up the stairs – C.H.E.T.T. is on the right side. Although it is a machine, you can have a conversation with C.H.E.T.T. and receive a C.H.E.T.T. list as soon as you meet the requirements.
What are C.H.E.T.T. lists? You receive these lists from the machine once you have reached at least reputation level 13 with the Lorenhalt cartels. These lists contain a randomly generated selection of missions that you can complete. Each list has 8 tasks to choose from. Some examples are:
- Collect 100 empty cans from scrap piles.
- Defeat 3 rare enemies in Lorenhalt.
- Complete a specific depth.
- Race 2 races in Lorenhalt.
- Defeat 5 characters in war mode in Lorenhalt.
- Collect 50 Kaja’cola cans from F.A.H.R.E.N..
Even though each list contains 8 missions, you only need to complete 4 of them.
What do you do with C.H.E.T.T. lists? By right-clicking on the list, you can view the available missions. You need to complete a total of 4, with the first one being fulfilled as soon as you select a Goblin cartel for the week.
You must manually confirm each completed item on the list, which grants a small amount of Valor Stones upon completion.
Once you have completely filled out a list, meaning you have completed the 4th mission, it transforms into a “Completed C.H.E.T.T. List”. You can turn this in at C.H.E.T.T. in the hotel for a large amount of Valor Stones.
Now comes the important point: You should only turn in “Completed C.H.E.T.T. Lists” 2 times at C.H.E.T.T. to unlock the achievement “Twice C.H.E.T.T”.
Afterwards, you can redeem the completed lists for reputation with the cartels – however, the game does not tell you this directly.
Submitting C.H.E.T.T. Lists for Reputation
Where can you find the reputation vendors? Depending on which Goblin cartel you have chosen for the current week, you can only turn in the list at that cartel. Each cartel rewards you with 500 reputation points for the submission. For this, you purchase the item “Finder’s Reward” with the completed list from the inventory of the quartermaster. You can find the respective quartermasters here:
- Bilgewater: 39 / 22
- Steamwheedle: 27 / 73
- Shadowsworn: 63 / 16
- Venture Co: 53 / 73
How many lists can you turn in per week? Generally, you can only receive one C.H.E.T.T. list per week and per character from C.H.E.T.T.. Therefore, it is particularly efficient if you have many characters at level 80 to exchange your completed lists at the cartel of your choice with each of them. This way you can collect many thousands of reputation points per week and finish the reputation grind much faster.
Additional Grind for More C.H.E.T.T. Lists
However, if you only actively play one character, you can also complete several lists per week, but that requires an additional grind. Because in Lorenhalt and from some mobs in depths, you can receive the green item “C.H.E.T.T. Card”. This is a rather rare drop. You need to collect a total of 40 of them to exchange at C.H.E.T.T. for another C.H.E.T.T. list that you can work on this week.
Farming for C.H.E.T.T. cards is not efficient. In the time it takes to collect 40 C.H.E.T.T. cards, you could have leveled a fresh character to level 80. However, if you are often in Lorenhalt anyway, this method can drop an additional C.H.E.T.T. list every 1-2 weeks.
By the way, there is also a secret fifth cartel in Lorenhalt – the Darkmelded. However, you first need to unlock it with a specific quest line from World of Warcraft, and the reputation grind is quite different here.
