In order to play the Allied Races in WoW: Battle for Azeroth, certain conditions must be met. We will reveal what they are.
One of the major features of the upcoming expansion Battle for Azeroth for World of Warcraft will be the Allied Races. In total, 6 new species will join the Horde and the Alliance, providing plenty of new characters to play. To allow all players to try out the new races, there will be 6 additional character slots per server!
However, the Allied Races cannot be played “just like that” with the launch of Battle for Azeroth. To unlock the respective races, it is necessary to first complete certain achievements and reach specific reputation levels.
Requirements for Nightborne, Void Elves, and Lightforged Draenei
Many of these requirements have already appeared in the game data on the current PTR of patch 7.3.5.
- Nightborne require a revered reputation with the Nightfallen as well as the completion of the achievement Good Suramaritan. The player receives this achievement when all relevant quest lines in Suramar have been completed.
- For the Void Elves, a revered reputation with The Argus Campaign is required. Additionally, all Argus story chapters must be completed, which means the achievement You are Prepared! must be completed.
- The Lightforged Draenei require a revered reputation with the Army of the Light and also the completion of the achievement You are Prepared!
- The Highmountain Tauren require a revered reputation with the Highmountain Tribe and the completion of the achievement No Mountain Too High.
What requirements the Dark Iron Dwarves and Zandalari Trolls will need is still unknown.
In addition, all Allied Races receive a small introductory scenario that must also be completed. For example, the Nightborne help to defend the Sunwell of the Blood Elves.
Please note that the requirements may change before the actual release of Battle for Azeroth.
