The Dwarven Heritage Armor has been found in the data of World of Warcraft. Soon you can become a true Mountain King!
A new update for the upcoming Patch 8.1 Tides of Vengeance has been deployed on the PTR of World of Warcraft. In addition to several class adjustments and initial content from the new raid, the Heritage Armor of the Dwarves has finally been found. After all, Blood Elves and Dwarves will receive their own Heritage Armor in Patch 8.1.
The Armor of the Dwarves: Visually, the armor resembles more of the “classic” Dwarves from fantasy literature and less of the typical Warcraft Dwarf. In brown and gold colors, adorned with ram heads on the shoulders and massive horns on the helmet, the armor makes quite an impression without looking too ostentatious. Anyone who loves their Dwarf will definitely be happy with this.
What are the requirements? To be able to play the quest line for the Heritage Armor of the Dwarves, you must have a Dwarf at level 120. On the PTR, you do not need to be revered with Ironforge, but that could change in the Live version – at least that’s what the Game Director announced in the stream.
What needs to be done in the quest line? The quest line revolves around a relic of a former king of the Dwarves, Madoran. You find a shard of it and bring it to Brann Bronzebeard. Afterwards, you try to repair this armor and need to visit several Dwarves. Thus, you meet the Earthen, but also need to go to Ulduar to reforge the Oblivion. If you later present the finished object to Muradin, the Heritage Armor will be your reward.
How do you like the Dwarven Heritage Armor? Do you find it pretty and fitting? Or do you think it is too dull?
