Sometimes it is not the players who defeat a boss in World of Warcraft. In this case, the players were almost dead – only a pet could still fight.
In raids of World of Warcraft, you often experience the funniest moments. The tension when a boss enemy has only a few percentage points of health left, yet the players fall one by one, is always a highlight. The extremely close kills of a difficult boss are extremely satisfying. This was also the case for the guild Novella from the Draenor server.
What happened? Novella had battled through the heroic mode of the Battle of Dazar’alor and had reached the last boss, Lady Jaina Proudmoore. The fight was going well, and indeed Novella made it to the final phase of the encounter. However, they ran into problems, as one by one, all players were encased in ice blocks – a death sentence, as this meant players die one after another.
Hunter pet earns the victory: However, companions, such as hunter pets, are not affected. And it was precisely this little creature that dealt the decisive blow to bring Jaina below the 5% threshold and thus decide the fight.
As a reward, achievements rained down and a lot of good vibes in the voice chat – you better check it out.
