Blizzard gives the first look at the next tier set in World of Warcraft. The opinion here is clear: It looks pretty good!
Even though Patch 10.1 Glut von Neltharion is certainly still months away, the developers already provide a good insight into what lies ahead. For PvE fans, the highlight of a new raid is, of course, the associated tier set that makes their class shine in a special light.
In light of the preview for Patch 10.1, Blizzard has already released some screenshots that allow a first look at the new tier sets that you can earn later in spring.
Here is a first look at the sets of Hunters (heroic), Monks, Demon Hunters, and Summoners:
Next are Druids, Warriors (heroic), and Shamans:
Following are Mages (Mythic), Rogues (Mythic), and Warlocks (Elite-PvP set):
And lastly, Death Knights, Priests, and Paladins:
Where can you get the sets? As usual, the primary place for acquiring the tier set is the new raid: Aberrus, the Shadow Crucible. There will be sets to earn in different colors across the four difficulty levels (LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic). However, it currently seems that Blizzard continues to adhere to the catalyst system, which allows other endgame loot (like Mythic+ or PvP) to be converted into tier set pieces. This way, players with different content preferences can enjoy the coveted tier set bonuses.
What set bonuses are there? So far, nothing is known about the bonuses, which are likely still in development. However, once the PTR for Patch 10.1 is live, there might be a first look at the bonuses – we will of course report on that.
