Blizzard has delivered a lot with the new heritage armors. At least that is what the community of World of Warcraft says, marveling at the new images.
Several weeks ago, Blizzard gave a small preview of the heritage armors of the original Warcraft races – Humans and Orcs. The feedback at that time was rather mixed, and it was quickly explained that the preview would not show everything. Various colors and some details were incomplete, and there were also errors in the datamining.
Now a second preview has been published, and there is significantly more to see.
Humans get a lot of options: It was already clear in advance that a heritage armor for Humans would be particularly challenging. After all, a ‘traditional Human’ can be a lot – it can be an infantryman but also a mage. Accordingly, the heritage armor for Humans includes not only multiple designs but also several colors to cater to different classes – each a variant for plate, leather, and cloth. But see for yourselves:
Orcs have several colors: Orcs also get the choice of 3 different sets, even if the differences here are smaller. Mainly the colors differ and represent a typical ‘grunt’ or ‘Orc warrior’ design. For a race like the Orcs, who have all lived a warrior-like life in the past, this seems quite fitting.
When will it come? The heritage armor of Orcs and Humans can be earned with the release of Patch 10.0.7. There is currently no specific date for the release, but realistic estimates range from the end of March to mid-April. Then you can earn the corresponding armors and add them to your collection.
How do you like the heritage armors for Orcs and Humans?
