Farming legendary items in World of Warcraft will become easier. You will soon be able to complete Torghast on a single character.
Patch 9.2 for World of Warcraft is currently still in development, with a new version hitting the PTR every few days. The developers seem to be paying much more attention to player feedback this time and are addressing many requests, such as reducing the grind in new content. However, adjustments are also being made to the “old” content. Farming legendary items will be easier, as resources can soon be exchanged even more simply.
What is the problem? Legendary items are not only a source of a lot of power for your character in WoW: Shadowlands, but in the eyes of many players, they are also a problem because they require a lot of farming work. In particular, the necessary visit to Torghast to obtain Soul Ash and Soul Cinders is a thorn in the side of many players. This is especially true for classes that find little joy in Torghast – due to different Anima powers and playstyles, most players have one class or another that is not much fun in the tower.
What will change? With Patch 9.2, players will be able to send not only Soul Ash between their characters but also the next tier resource, Soul Cinders, can be traded in this way. So you will be able to send Soul Cinders from one character to another.
As is usual with such systems, there is a slight loss involved. The purchase of the transport item costs 300 Soul Cinders, but grants only 250 Soul Cinders when used. This results in a loss of about 17%.
However, this is likely a small price for the certainty that you only need to visit Torghast with a single character.

What does this mean? The change is primarily interesting for players who simply can’t stand Torghast with multiple characters. Until now, it was necessary to visit Torghast with each character to obtain enough Soul Cinders for upgrades from Rank 5 and Rank 6.
Since legendary items at Rank 7 require new items that cannot be obtained from Torghast, all Torghast requirements can be completed on the character of your choice. So if you have a character with whom you like to linger in Torghast, it is completely sufficient to complete a few farming runs with that character.
