In the jungle of Tanaan, there is a specific item to be obtained that can sell for between 15,000 and 45,000 gold in the auction house depending on the server. The “Medallion of the Legion” increases reputation with all Draenor inhabitants by a whopping 1000 points. If you have not farmed any reputation so far, you will gain reputation with eight factions with just one click. No wonder this item is currently fetching high prices. In total, 4 enemies in Tanaan can drop the Medallion, but you only have a ~30% chance per rare mob per day.
