World of Warcraft has some grind elements that players have to chew on for a long time. But is it too much? We want to know with the survey!
With the release of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, there is plenty to do in Kul Tiras and on Zandalar. While players complete world quests, collect artifact power, or look for the best gear in dungeons, some fans experience frustration. The grind is simply too harsh and noticeable this time.
In the official forums, on Reddit, and Twitter, there is lively discussion about whether Blizzard has gone overboard with the grind this time. Island Expeditions on repeat are practically a must for anyone looking to maximize their artifact power, and repeatedly running dungeons for the best gear is also mandatory. If you want a lot, you have to play a lot and sometimes complete lengthy, repetitive tasks.
But perhaps all of this is just a problem of the “top 0.1%” who simply want to be optimally prepared for the raid.
What do you think about the grind in Battle for Azeroth?
Whether the grind is too harsh or still too lenient has already been widely discussed in the comments. However, we still do not have a clear picture of how many of our readers are satisfied with the grind and how many are put off by it. It’s time for a survey!

Cortyn says: Personally, I don’t find the grind too harsh. I am glad that I still have a few things to work towards in one or two weeks. However, I would appreciate it if a few paragon rewards were introduced, as all world quests on Zandalar lose their appeal once the 7th Legion is revered.
