The War Mode in World of Warcraft attracts many players to PvP. But what about our readers? We want to find out in this survey.
With Patch 8.0 and specifically the release of WoW: Battle for Azeroth, many players utilize the War Mode. But how many players really are there? Who enjoys the thrill of PvP surprises and who prefers to avoid this danger?
What is the War Mode? You can activate the War Mode in Orgrimmar (Horde) or Stormwind (Alliance). This way, players only see other players in War Mode and are marked for PvP.
Here, there are not only 10% more rewards in the form of gold or artifact power from world quests, but also 10% more experience during the leveling phase. Additionally, there are regular air drops with bonus loot and the PvP talents are permanently active.
For many inexperienced PvP players, this is enough incentive to play in War Mode.

But what about our community? Do we have many readers who regularly dive into PvP, or do you prefer to enjoy the calm in PvE mode? Is PvP an optional affair for you that you only want in battlegrounds? Or is the constant allure of an attack something that enhances your gaming experience?

Cortyn says: I have had the War Mode activated since Battle for Azeroth and have a lot of fun with it, but that often depends on my artifact fishing rod.
Of course, it is annoying to be taken down by a full group of enemies – but the frustration is manageable. One just has to keep in mind that it was a free choice and deactivating the mode is only a hearthstone away.
