The Mage Tower challenges in WoW are quite difficult. One player didn’t care – he just completed all 36 of them!
Even with the opening of the Tomb of Sargeras, the Mage Tower challenges in World of Warcraft are still among the most challenging content the game has to offer for solo players. Those who overcome a particularly tough fight unlock an exclusive template for the artifact weapon. However, the associated quest and the respective boss are quite tough, which is why only a few players manage to actually unlock this template.
However, one player has achieved the seemingly impossible. He has completed all three quests for his main character – but also for all his twinks. That’s right. The player Muddymonk has shared a series of screenshots on Reddit proving that he has mastered all challenges – that’s 36 Mage Tower challenges, one for each specialization in the game. While many specializations share the same challenges, you must use a specific strategy with each of the 36 specializations.
An impressive feat that probably no other player has achieved yet.
The Mage Tower is only active every few days when the players of the respective region have collected enough war supplies from the Legion judges. Therefore, there was only a time window of 3 days each time to tackle the challenges.
Cortyn says: I have to admit that I was quite proud to finally have completed the challenge for my Shadow Priest. I can hardly imagine how much time and planning it took to gear 12 characters to a high equipment level to manage all challenges with each specialization. The sheer amount of time required seems crazy – at the same time, it is definitely an impressive achievement that cannot be replicated quickly.
