Two more races will soon receive a Heritage Armor set in WoW. We reveal which races they are and when to expect it.
Blizzard continues to work on providing stylish gear to the various playable races of World of Warcraft. This “Heritage Armor” visually reflects the origins of a race and is thus quite prestigious.
Now the developers have revealed which races will receive their Heritage Armor next: The Worgen and the Goblins.
What was said? In an interview with MMORPG.com, Blizzard employees revealed that new details about Goblins and Worgen would come shortly after Patch 8.2. Both races are still waiting for their new models, which fans have been anticipating for several years now. Alongside the update of the character models, Goblins and Worgen will also receive their Heritage Armor.
However, how exactly it will look is still unknown.
When will the Heritage Armor be available? There is no exact release date yet. However, the statement “Shortly after Azshara’s Rise” already provides a first hint. This at least suggests that the two armor types will be included in Patch 8.2.5. In the worst case, this would likely shift to the next major Patch 8.3.
Patch 8.2 first brings Tauren and Gnomes: Before the Goblins and Worgen receive their Heritage Armors, a bit more time will pass. First, it is the Tauren and Gnomes’ turn. They will receive their Heritage Armor in Patch 8.2 Azshara’s Rise.
