In WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria it’s all about the currency Bronze. We will show you how to quickly get large amounts of it.
For almost 3 months, the temporary game mode WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria has been running in World of Warcraft. Here you experience the expansion surrounding the Pandaren, the Sha, and the fight against Garrosh Hellscream with some conveniences. At the center of it is the new currency “Bronze”. How you can farm it as quickly as possible, we will tell you in this article.
What do you need Bronze for? Bronze is the primary currency and serves two main purposes in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria:
- Unlocking rewards such as mounts, transmogs, and toys.
- Upgrading your armor to improve your character.
Apart from that, you can also buy consumables like potions or scrolls with Bronze. However, these also drop quite a bit, so you typically have enough of all consumables without buying them with Bronze.
How do you get Bronze? The short answer is: Through just about everything you do. In detail, these are:
- All enemies drop Bronze as loot.
- Quests grant reward chests that contain Bronze.
- Numerous achievements provide large amounts of Bronze.
- You can dismantle unwanted equipment and also receive Bronze.
- Bronze spheres scattered throughout Pandaria can be touched to receive direct Bronze.
This circumstance ensures that every content in Remix is lucrative. Whether you are questing in the open world, completing dungeons, visiting scenarios, or jumping into raids: Bronze is everywhere.
Farming Bronze – The Best Methods in WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
If you want to farm a lot of Bronze quickly, there are several lucrative methods. We will focus on a handful of them, with which we have had very good experiences.
Method 1: Daily Raid Farming
The probably most efficient way to farm Bronze is by visiting the raids on normal difficulty. You can already visit the Mogu’Shan Vault starting at level 25, and it is relatively easy even with an inexperienced group. If you have one or two well-equipped heroes, the bosses will go down within a few minutes.
The entire raid can comfortably be completed in half an hour. Together with the drops from the trash mobs, you can end up with about 6,000 Bronze in 30 minutes.
You can repeat the raid daily, as your ID resets every day.
This tip generally applies to the other raids as well, but you already need a higher level here, and the difficulty can be somewhat higher.
Don’t be afraid to search for a group. Usually, there are several groups in the search tool that want to visit the vault. If in doubt, just create your own group. Typically, you only need one tank and not even a healer if the group is well-equipped.
Method 2: Daily and Story Quests
The second efficient method is classic but proven. Just complete quests. For each quest, you receive a reward chest that contains between 45 and 90 Bronze at level 70 and additionally improves your cloak and may also grant an item that you can then break down into Bronze.
Even the classic story quests are worth it, as you can often complete them in just a few minutes and earn a lot of Bronze.
Of course, the efficiency here also depends on your personal play style, your performance, and your character’s equipment, but just by questing we managed to get 6,000 to 9,000 Bronze per hour.
However, quests are limited, and eventually, even the daily quests run out. But if you just have a little time every day and want to make solo progress, questing is the perfect way.
Method 3: Rare and Elite Enemies
The third method is farming rare and elite enemies. This is especially possible at level 70. Elite enemies, such as those on the Isle of Thunder or the Timeless Isle, also have a chance to drop Lesser Charms of Good Fortune. You can trade 10 of them for a reward chest and a random gem (also worth 10 Bronze).
Once you have upgraded your equipment a few times at level 70, you can easily take on multiple elite enemies at the same time and farm the elite enemies around Ordos – whether in a group or alone. Although this is not as efficient as the former exploit with the frogs, it is still fairly enjoyable.
Try out how many enemies you can defeat at once and remember that you can collect numerous buffs on the Timeless Isle – for example, from shrines or foods. This makes your character a lot stronger and elite enemies no longer so threatening.
Bonus Tip: Daily Solo Boost: 1,000+ Bronze in 60 Seconds
We have one final tip for you if you have little time and want to quickly obtain around 1,000 Bronze. This is possible as long as you have area damage, have at least somewhat acceptable equipment, and have already reached level 45 or higher.
Head to the Timeless Isle and travel to the coordinates 46 / 73 (see screenshot). There you’ll see a whole bunch of friendly mobs that you can’t do anything to at first. However, the creatures belong to a small event. Check if there’s a purple crystal nearby.
Once you click the crystal, all mobs become hostile for 60 seconds. They have very little health and will die almost immediately from area spells. The trick: they respawn immediately and can be killed again within the 60 seconds!
With a little practice and the appropriate AoE abilities, you can easily kill 100 or 200 of the little enemies within the time.
Afterwards, you can loot the killed mobs. Keep in mind that you will need to loot multiple times since there will be so many corpses that WoW cannot consolidate them all. So you will have to loot 6 or 7 times to really get everything.
The crystal can only be clicked once per day and character. So use this one attempt to kill as many of the mobs as possible and obtain a lot of loot in the form of Bronze, items, and cloak upgrades.
Be aware that the crystal has a respawn time and may not always be available. If it’s missing when you check, just come back a few minutes later and check again.
Do you have any other tips and tricks on how to quickly collect a lot of Bronze?
