WoW: Players want more corrupted items – Blizzard fulfills the wish

Blizzard gifts players with a blessing of corrupted items in World of Warcraft. We reveal how you can get your hands on them soon.

Corrupted items are currently a hot topic of discussion in World of Warcraft. Some celebrate the items because they have extremely strong and cool effects, while others criticize them for having too many “random” effects and lacking a connection to player skill. However, both groups share one criticism: Corrupted items cannot be effectively farmed. That will change soon.

What will change? Starting next Wednesday (March 18th), loot rewards from the Visions of Suffering will always be corrupted. Whenever you receive loot from the visions, the items will have a corruption effect.

Excluded from this are Azerite items (shoulders, chest, helmet). These items cannot receive corruption effects.

This is already the second major change this week – previously, N’Zoth was massively nerfed.

What items will you get then? The items you receive from the Visions of Suffering depend on the difficulty in which you master them. The more you complete per vision and the more Faceless Masks you wear, the better the reward will be. This table tells you what reward you can expect:

Keep in mind that you can only receive each reward tier once per week. So if you’ve already received a 470 item this week, you won’t be able to get another until next week.
