Patch 7.3.5 of World of Warcraft is almost here. We have summarized all the important changes in the patch notes for you!
Now it is official. Patch 7.3.5 of World of Warcraft will be released tomorrow, on January 17, 2018 in Europe, bringing many changes to Azeroth. The focus here is on the overhaul of the old world, as all areas now scale with player levels, allowing quest areas to be completed in their entirety without becoming irrelevant due to a character’s high level.
Below we have the complete, official patch notes for you. However, it can be assumed that there are a variety of changes that are not mentioned in the patch notes.

New Features
The Scaling World
Every area in Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms, the shattered world, Northrend, Pandaria, and Draenor now uses the scaling system from Legion.
All associated dungeons and their rewards also scale.
Ulduar Timewalking
The timewalking for Ulduar is now available. Join groups of 10-30 players and fight against Yogg-Saron. Characters will be set to level 80.
Silithus: The Wound
Players who have already completed Antorus, the Burning Throne will be called to their capitals to travel to Silithus and observe the strange events at the impact site of Sargeras’ sword.
New Battleground: Seething Shore
In the new 10vs10 battleground, Horde and Alliance fight for valuable Azerite.
The battleground will be available over the course of the history of Silithus.
Updates to Existing Features
Legendary Items
Players can now buy legendary items for 1000 Awakening Essences from Arcane Mage Vridiel.
Holidays
The dungeons of various holidays can now be entered starting from level 20. Additionally, there are many new cosmetic items in the upcoming holidays, such as the Moon Festival.
S.E.L.F.I.E
The S.E.L.F.I.E camera can now be unlocked more easily and has received new filters. From level 15 you can unlock the basic version in Orgrimmar or Stormwind through a quest, and from level 30 the upgraded version.
There are also new backgrounds. How these are unlocked, you will have to find out for yourself.
Adjustments
Achievements
With the new version of Ulduar, many achievements have been changed.
The old Ulduar achievements are now in the “Legacy” section of achievements.
New achievements have been added that can be completed during the timewalking.
The new meta achievement now grants both proto-drakes that were previously given separately for the 10- and 25-player versions of Ulduar.
Classes
The damage of Touch of the Grave (racial ability of the Undead) has been increased by 25% for Death Knights, Hunters, Monks, Rogues, and Warriors.
Important: The following class changes to abilities only affect low-level areas. They have no effects at level 110.
Hunter
Beast Mastery
Cobra Shot (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 50%, cost increased to 50 focus.
Cobra Shot (Rank 2): Learned at level 3, reduces the cost by 10 focus.
Cobra Shot (Rank 3): Learned at level 52, increases damage by 100%.
Survival
Raptor Strike (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 29%.
Raptor Strike (Rank 2): Learned at level 52, increases damage by 40%.
Monk
Windwalker
Blackout Kick now costs 3 chi when learned at rank 3. The cost is reduced by 1 when the character reaches level 12 and again by 1 when the character reaches level 22.
Windwalker, Mistweaver
Rising Sun Kick (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 41%.
Rising Sun Kick (Rank 2): Learned at level 36, increases damage by 70%.
Priest
Discipline, Holy
Holy Smite (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 33%.
Holy Smite (Rank 2): Learned at level 16, increases damage by 50%.
Rogue
Veil of Shadows should now also affect Hati and not just the hunter’s normal pet in the group.
Assassination
Dark Strike: Damage increased by 30%.
Shaman
Totem of Molten Magma, Healing Stream Totem, and Healing Tide Totem have been slightly modified to benefit from the shaman’s character stats.
Warlock
Affliction
Shadow Bolt: Damage increased by 100%.
Warrior
Weapons
Deadly Strike (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 38%.
Deadly Strike (Rank 2): Learned at level 38, increases damage by 60%.
Smash (Rank 1): Damage reduced by 38%.
Smash (Rank 2): Learned at level 38, increases damage by 60%.
Dungeons
All dungeons now grant personal loot.
Items
Uncommon, rare, and epic items now use the same stats budget across all item levels. The damage from melee weapons (white damage) is now identical for uncommon, rare, and epic weapons.
Toys
Some toys that forced players into involuntary actions (Piccolo of the Flaming Fire or the Tickling Totem) now do not work on targets outside the group. Furthermore, the Neural Silencer now protects against many of these toys.
A bug has been fixed where characters did not look directly into the S.E.L.F.I.E camera.
User Interface
Accounts protected by an authenticator now have 4 additional inventory slots.
