In WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria, you have a lot to do every day at level 70. You can visit all raids, beat world bosses, explore dungeons, or complete all daily quests. The tasks for gaining bronze and more character power are nearly endless and only limited by your time.
However, a particularly rewarding method is somewhat hidden and is not utilized by many players. We’ll reveal how you can spend the most efficient 5 minutes in WoW Remix each day.
What should you do? You should complete the solo scenario “Throne of the Thunder King” on Thunder Isle every day. There you can earn a lot of bronze, but more importantly, several coils for your cloak that grant significant boosts to attributes like stamina, strength, haste, or versatility.
In just 5 minutes, you can collect between 13 and 17 coils of different quality. Coils significantly increase your power.
To start the scenario, you need a “Key to Lei Shen’s Palace”.
How do you get the key? You can pick up a key daily at your faction’s camp on Thunder Isle. For the Alliance, it’s Vereesa Windrunner, and for the Horde, you’ll find an NPC at the map table. You need 10 Lesser Tokens of Fortune for this – you get these from daily quests, elite enemies, or rare foes. Usually, you’ll always have enough of them available.
When you first turn in 10 tokens daily on Thunder Isle, you not only receive some reputation, a reward chest, and a random gem – but also a “Key to Lei Shen’s Palace.” You should pick this up daily, even if you don’t use it that day. You can accumulate keys from several days and use them whenever you want.
How do you use the keys? You need to talk to Taoshi on Thunder Isle. You can find the Pandaren at coordinates 51 / 46 – in a small cave. When you use a key, she will let you enter the scenario.
How does the scenario work? Your task is to open as many chests as possible within 5 minutes. You navigate through a small instance, avoiding traps and solving small puzzles – like pressing switches and avoiding certain floor platforms.
The goal is to collect as much bronze from the countless boxes as possible and also snag a few keys to eventually open the large boxes at the end.
If you die, you will be reset at the entrance of the scenario – but time will continue to run relentlessly. You should have upgraded your gear to 70 several times already to really zip through here comfortably.

A few more tips: Don’t spend too long on small boxes. It’s more important to open a few large boxes and reach the end of the dungeon to defeat the final “boss,” who drops a bit more.
In addition, it is advisable to create a set that focuses entirely on movement speed. In WoW Remix, you can build your own set with the appropriate gems and reach between 80% and 100% additional movement speed relatively easily.
What rewards are there? Depending on how many chests you open, you will receive varying rewards. On average, I now walk away with more than 1,000 bronze and several blue, epic, and legendary coils from the scenario. In the WoW subreddit, some also share their yields and find it to be much more lucrative – up to 4 legendary coils (including the scenario daily quest) are pulled by some from this scenario.
Don’t be disappointed if your first visit to the scenario isn’t so lucrative. It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it and find the most efficient path – but after a few days, you will notice that you can get through much faster and thus also collect more rewards.
