For most WoW players, Mythic+15 is where it ends. However, some guilds even manage Mythic+20 and still stay within the time limit.
If you want to tackle the toughest challenges in World of Warcraft: Legion, but can’t gather enough players for raids, you take on the “Mythic+” dungeons. In addition to a tight time limit, the instances become increasingly difficult. While a “Mythic+2” dungeon only means slightly more health points and damage taken, further problems arise with increasing levels.
At each difficulty level above 15, it is usually agreed that the time limit is ignored and only an attempt is made to complete the instance at all – after all, there is still a reward for that. But for professionals, that is certainly not enough, so they even manage to complete this tough challenge within the time limit.

It should be noted that the combination of the 3 properties Bloody (small puddles that heal enemies and damage players), Volcanic (magma explosions beneath ranged attackers), and Fortified (20% more health and 40% more damage for trash mobs) is relatively favorable. With different attributes, the run would probably not have been successful. Nevertheless, completing it within the time limit is quite an achievement that seems to be unique so far.
Aside from the pure experience and enjoyment of it, a key stone of such high level is not really worth it. The gear from the reward chests stops scaling many levels earlier.
