In Patch 7.3 there are plenty of new models in WoW. We show you the most gruesome (and beautiful) new creatures. This also includes some crazy mounts!
The Patch 7.3 of World of Warcraft is on the PTR in its first version and already contained a lot of data that the data miners have dived into. Loot, maps, dialogues, and possible quests have been extracted – but also new character models for opponents and heroes. The sheer number of new models coming with Patch 7.3 is quite overwhelming.
We present to you some of the new models that are particularly striking.
The Titans in World of Warcraft
There have often only been hints about the Titans who shaped Azeroth. With Patch 7.3, they appear for the first time properly in the game! Some of them will be enemies, while others may only appear in cutscenes. We will find out soon.
The Lifebinder Eonar will be a boss in the new raid. She was actually a good one! Argus the Unraveled will also be a boss – namely the last one.
The wise Aman’thul will probably also make an appearance.
Horrifying Monstrosities (also as Mounts!)
A new planet like Argus naturally also needs creatures that reside there. But some you’d rather not encounter at night… or preferably never. Talbuks presumably originate from Argus – at least they exist here as Fel corrupted.
Are these mana rays the predecessors of those from the shattered world?
This soul hound here is particularly creepy. It will also be a mount! Flesh formed from many soldiers of the Army of Light – pretty eerie.
Demons Galore
Argus without demons is unthinkable. That’s why there are plenty of them!
Varimathras looks a little worse for wear – was he punished by the Legion for his mistakes? Eredar. With. Wings. Yep, I’m switching to the Legion.
The Heroes of Azeroth
Of course, a few familiar faces cannot be missed. Turalyon and Alleria finally make their return!
You can already guess that Patch 7.3 is full of new things. However, there is still no release date – we expect a release in at least 2-3 months.
Cortyn says: So many models as Patch 7.3 contains suggest that Blizzard has been working on the characters of Argus for a very long time. Maybe this partly explains why Patch 7.2 had relatively few innovations and only presented some Fel Murlocs and the bosses from the Tomb of Sargeras. I really like the new models and maybe my wish will come true that we learn a bit more about the people of the Legion. At least visually, the Legion is stepping up.
