Two important vendors are missing in World of Warcraft! We will tell you how to redeem Storm Sigils and Twilight Trophies right now.
In World of Warcraft Dragonflight, there are numerous ways to obtain solid gear. If you’re not keen on group activities like raids or dungeons, you might choose to farm the sets from the Elemental Storms. They have solid stats and are quite strong for solo content.
However, since Patch 10.0.5, the NPC “Rethelshi” no longer sells the upgraded sets. This is not a bug but intentional. We will reveal how you can now obtain the sets.
Vendors for Storm Sigils in Patch 10.0.5
You can still purchase the “blue” set from Mythressa, who stands right next to Rethelshi. However, the upgraded set can no longer be bought from Rethelshi.
Instead, you now have to go to the black dragon Corxian. He is the NPC for item upgrades. Corxian is located in the “PvP Hall,” the “Sanctuary of Gladiators” in Valdrakken, where practice dummies are also present. The entrance to the hall is at the coordinates 41 / 45.
Corxian does not “sell” the sets like a vendor. Instead, you must place the blue set pieces into the upgrade interface, allowing you to convert the items into the epic sets. The corresponding currency – in this case, the Storm Sigils – is used as payment.

How to obtain Storm Sigils? You receive Storm Sigils for the weekly quest “Storm Surge,” which is still initiated by Rethelshi. Additional sigils per week can be obtained directly from the Elemental Storms as a rare drop.
Malicia no longer sells sets for Twilight Trophy
The dark Dracthyr Malicia is also affected by the same change. She previously sold the upgraded open-world PvP set for “Twilight Tokens.” She has also closed her shop. Instead, you can now also request upgrades at the NPC Corxian and exchange your blue PvP set for the epic one if you have the necessary tokens.
How to obtain Twilight Tokens? You get Twilight Tokens from a weekly quest that you can only complete in War Mode. Each week, there is an NPC in the same room as Malicia who asks you to collect 100 Sparks from one of the four areas of Dragonflight. You receive Sparks in the respective area for completing world quests, opening treasures (Agitated Earth, Expedition Bags, Magical Treasure Chests), or for killing players.
Note that you can complete the quest without engaging in PvP. You can simply loot all the treasures and thus complete the mission.
Blizzard aims to streamline the upgrade system with this change, so you always have a fixed NPC as a target for upgrading items. Basically, this adjustment is a relief, even if it may feel unusual at first.
