In World of Warcraft it is again the time of great love, love is in the air – this time even very small characters can participate in the Valentine’s event.
Some hate it, others love it – but that is exactly what love is all about. In the “Love is in the Air” event of World of Warcraft, everything revolves around the spring feelings slowly awakening in the inhabitants of Azeroth – even while the Burning Legion continues to attack.
Basically, not much has changed in the “Love is in the Air” event compared to last year. You can still uncover the plots of some goblins throughout the questline to score pets (like Q.Pido). Each day, every character can also participate in a special fight via the Dungeon Browser – against the undead Chief Chemists, who want to subjugate the whole world with their alluring scents.
For the first time in the history of World of Warcraft, this event scales, so players as low as level 16 can participate! Similar to the dungeons in Legion, the group can therefore be made up of a mix of allies ranging from level 16 to 110. Especially “small” characters can gain a solid amount of experience points from this fight, making the visit doubly worthwhile.
The Great Love Rocket – still highly sought after
In the daily reward box “Heart-shaped Box”, besides toys and a nice rose as headgear (to be tucked behind the ear), the Great Love Rocket can also be contained, a very rare mount.
Anyone who does not yet own this mount should make sure to visit Shadowfang Keep every day with all their characters to thoroughly disrupt the pharmacists.
The Valentine’s event started on February 7 and ends on the morning of February 21 – there is still plenty of time to secure the different rewards.
