With the upcoming patch, the leader of the Blood Elves in World of Warcraft will receive an update. Players want his outfit as Heritage Armor.
Who is Lor’themar Theron? Lor’themar is the Regent Lord of Silvermoon and the current leader of the Blood Elves. After Kael’thas turned traitor and the House of the Sunstriders was extinguished, it seems unlikely that anyone will contest his rule anytime soon.
Why did Lor’themar receive an update? With Patch 8.1 Tides of Vengeance, Blood Elf players can unlock their Heritage Armor. Lor’themar plays an important role in this. It is also suspected that Silvermoon and Lor’themar will play significant roles in upcoming patches. Data miners have found hints of a warfront at Silvermoon.
Fans want Lor’themar’s new clothes: Players have been very pleased with Lor’themar’s new model so far. Not only is his old, wise face praised, but also his impressive armor. It seems he has taken off his eye patch, and the scar across the left side of his eye is now clearly visible.
Many players hope that Lor’themar’s outfit is the Heritage Armor of the Blood Elves. This has not yet been present in the game data, and it has not been seen on the PTR either. It may only be introduced with the release of Patch 8.1 to avoid ruining the surprise.
However, it seems rather unlikely that Lor’themar will wear the Heritage Armor of the Blood Elves. Blizzard usually ensures that leaders of races have completely unique models that players cannot replicate 1:1. This often includes special armor.
How do you like Lor’themar’s armor? Is he finally the first male Blood Elf? Or did you prefer his old look?
What else Patch 8.1 contains is revealed in our comprehensive overview.
