The WoW patch 7.1 brought many changes that are not mentioned in the patch notes.
In addition to the numerous highlights and well-known details that the patch 7.1 “Return to Karazhan” has brought for World of Warcraft, there is also a large amount of previously undocumented changes that have not appeared in the patch notes. The community is still in the process of finding all the “secret” adjustments, but already the number of innovations is so great that it could fill several pages. Here we have a small selection of the previously found innovations that have been compiled on wowhead (see source) – not all of them are confirmed!
- Many players report that legendary items now drop more frequently.
- Galakras in the Siege of Orgrimmar can now be soloed, as you can shoot the cannon 2 times.
- Received mounts (boss drops) are now displayed in the guild chat.
- The pet “Wusch” can no longer be traded.
- Belt, tabard, and shirts can now be hidden when transmogging.
- Excess ancient mana is now ignored when gathering resources (leatherworking, mining, herbalism).
- The duration of many class hall quests has been reduced.
- Potions and buff food no longer have an effect in battlegrounds.
Lastly, there is a new toy that can be found in the neutral inn in Dalaran. On a table on the first floor lies the “Wand of Simulated Life”, which you can directly add to your toy collection. This allows you to summon a creature that changes its appearance depending on the items in your inventory. If you possess dragon scales in various colors, the being will become a dragon. Not all combinations have been discovered yet.
