The Park of Stormwind will be rebuilt in the upcoming WoW expansion Legion. A video shows it in all its glory.
A Monument for the Fallen
Some days ago, Blizzard announced that the Park of Stormwind will finally be rebuilt in the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Legion. It was devastated back in the days of “Cataclysm” by the dragon Deathwing – even today, the area is full of ruins, but that will soon come to an end.
The centerpiece of the new park is the monument of the fallen king, Varian Wrynn, who will lose his life in the events of Legion. Other monuments likely honor the other fallen who will succumb in the fight against the Burning Legion. Otherwise, the park has lost much of its “old” charm, having been largely replaced by paths, bushes, and hedges. The rounded waterfall is a sight to behold. At least role players will soon have a new meeting point in the city to enjoy some pleasant walks.
