Brewmaster and Mistweaver lose their Chi. The former receive charges for the brews, while the latter notice no difference.
Brewmaster – no Chi, but charges instead
The tank variant will play somewhat differently. The stagger mechanic remains, but the Purifying Brew does not fully heal the staggered damage, only half. As compensation, there is the Iron Skin Brew, which increases the stagger. By the way, both abilities share the same cooldown, which you can reduce with certain abilities. Furthermore, they have three charges.
Mistweaver – plays like before
The Mistweaver undergoes no significant changes. Although abilities have different names, they play similarly. For example, Surging Mist becomes Overflow, also a single-target healing spell. Rejuvenating Mist heals significantly more, but has only one charge left. However, the spell jumps to other targets when they are at 100% health. Chi also disappears with this specialization, but this hardly makes a difference.
Windwalker – retains Chi but loses some brews
Your mastery grants you a damage bonus when your ability differs from the one previously used. Otherwise, much remains consistent; you still retain Chi as a resource. However, the Tiger Palm Brew, Strengthening Brew, and Chi Brew have been removed.
