The largest update for World of Warcraft: Legion is now live. Patch 7.2 is ready for intense gaming!
Nobody really expected that Patch 7.2 for World of Warcraft would be released in the winter quarter – everyone was predicting a date in early summer. But now, after almost 8 hours of maintenance, it has already arrived on the live servers, the major Patch 7.2 “The Tomb of Sargeras”.
Highlights include the area of the “Broken Shore” with a new quest line, new world quests, and a fresh reputation faction, the Legion’s judges. We have already introduced what they have to offer here.
The artifact weapons can be upgraded to new levels, but a quest line must also be completed first. This becomes accessible once the 35th point has been invested in the artifact weapon.
Exclusive mounts for each class are also available.
All players should also take another look at their legendary items, as almost every orange item has been revamped. Particularly powerful items have been slightly weakened, and the rather weaker items have received a significant buff. Overall, the balance between the legendaries should now be much better than before.
Apart from that, demon invasions have also resumed, this time on the Broken Isles. At more or less regular intervals, the zones are attacked and players must fend off demons and ultimately even capture Legion invasion ships – achievements and nice loot included.
The raid “The Tomb of Sargeras” is already present in the patch, but will not be released for a few weeks or even months. Blizzard will announce exact dates later.
