Those who frequently raid want to show off the best DPS values. But which class is currently the best damage dealer? We have created a statistic based on the raid “Emerald Nightmare” in Heroic mode and present you the best DPS classes from this listing.

WoW: Shadow Priest leads the DPS by a large margin!
Anyone currently playing a Shadow Priest has something to be happy about. The dark cleric has the significantly best damage values in our statistic. This is mainly due to the balance issues of ” descent into madness”. This puts them well ahead of the second place Fire Mage and the Retribution Paladin. After that, the values gradually decline, although Destruction Demon Hunters and Outlaw Rogues still show decent values.
However, Survival Hunters have little to laugh about. They are performing worse in the DPS rankings than they did under Patch 7.0.3 and are in last place. The previously poor Frost Mages are now found in the upper third of the DPS classes, where they are almost on par with the Arms Warrior.
But keep in mind that this statistic is based on average values and only considers the Nightmare raid. Nevertheless, the evaluation should provide a good overview of the current DPS strengths of the individual classes.
