The emissary quests in WoW have become even more rewarding. We have the details for you.
For those who aren’t particularly interested in the world quests of World of Warcraft: Legion, they should at least bite the bullet every 3 days to complete the 3 current emissary quests. These not only grant a proud 1500 reputation points with the corresponding faction but also provide a large chunk of artifact power as well as either Order resources or gold. Right after the launch of the expansion, Blizzard had already upgraded the chests to include rewards in the form of equipment – mostly around item level 810.
That was nice for a start, but now it’s not an upgrade for most players anymore. Therefore, a new hotfix has ensured that the rewards now align more closely with those of world quests.
To do so, one must know that the rewards from world quests take the average of one’s own item level as a starting point. If one has an average item level of 830, it is likely that the rewards from world quests are slightly better, allowing the missions to remain worthwhile for longer. From now on, players should also receive useful upgrades from the chests more frequently and not immediately sell the armor to the person from whom they originally received it.
In general, every player should continue to complete the emissary quests, as they are a confirmed source of legendary equipment – arguably the best items players will see for a while.
